Payments and contractual details are provided during the booking flow.

We provide rental services based on the selected rental item, dates/times, and the pricing unit shown in the booking flow.

The contract is formed when you place an order/booking and we confirm it in accordance with the booking process on the official website.

Billing unit: Rental pricing may be calculated hourly and/or daily, as shown for the specific rental option during booking.

Minimum duration: Each rental option may require a minimum duration (in hours and/or days). The minimum duration is displayed in the booking flow for the selected option.

You must provide accurate booking details. If any details materially affect availability or fulfillment, we may contact you for clarification.

For some rentals, a deposit and/or damage-related waiver/insurance may be required. Any deposit amount and damage conditions are specified during booking and before payment.

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for damage caused through improper use, neglect, or violation of the permitted use rules.

Some rental items may have eligibility requirements (including age restrictions or mandatory safety equipment). Such requirements are shown during booking for the selected item.

Availability depends on location, inventory, and operational conditions. We may limit or refuse bookings for items that are unavailable or cannot be fulfilled at the requested time.

We may reschedule or propose alternatives if fulfillment becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law.

Prices are shown in the booking flow and may include applicable fees where indicated.

Refundability depends on the cancellation terms shown for the booking option you selected.

If you conclude a distance consumer agreement, you have the right to terminate the agreement within the statutory withdrawal (termination) period in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII.

Cancellation procedures and deadlines (including any practical steps required to process a cancellation) are provided before purchase and/or in the booking confirmation information.

Information about essential consumer terms and the service is provided in the state language and in a manner that allows you to make an informed decision. This includes information required for e-commerce/distance transactions under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII.

Any dispute/claim related to the provision of services is handled taking into account consumer protection requirements under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your improper use of the rented item, failure to follow safety instructions, or providing inaccurate information during booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to use the rental item only in accordance with instructions, safety requirements, and the permitted use rules communicated during booking and/or at handover.

Unauthorized modifications, illegal use, or use that increases risk or causes damage may lead to termination of service and/or additional charges as permitted by law and the specific rental conditions.

When you place a booking or leave a lead, we process personal data as described in our Personal Data Processing Notice/Policy.

Where required, we obtain the appropriate legal basis/consent mechanisms in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" № 2297-VI.

For claims and dispute resolution, contact us using the details in Section 1. We will review your request taking into account the consumer protection rules under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII.
